Episode 3: Say Goodbye to Mom Guilt



 

When that voice of guilt is getting louder than the voice of reason, it’s time to say goodbye to it.


Feeling guilty because you desire more? Ever look at your life and wonder, “Is this it?” You may even feel badly for having those thoughts because you don’t want to seem ungrateful.


Those thoughts and feelings aren’t serving you though. On this episode I’m talking about identifying the source of the guilt and figuring out how to push past it.
