It happens to the most productive, organized, and typically healthy moms. We all get sick sometimes. When we do, there’s no need to pressure ourselves to have business as usual. If you stick to these 3 steps (and some other helpful suggestions I’m sharing on this episode) you’ll rebound faster and find that life can move forward even when you feel like you’re down for the count.
